Based on their fabulous credentials we were delighted when they picked Graham Radcliffe, our talented chef at Chamois Lodge last winter, as their ‘Best Chef’ in 2014/15. To be selected out of 100’s of chalets & hotels is a lovely confirmation that we are truly providing exquisite food for our guests & tailoring our menus to their personal needs & wants.
