This year talents chefs are Sam Greensmith at Chalet Abode (returning for the 3rd year), Hayden Vink at The Ecuire & Matteo Covacci at Chamois Lodge. Their CV’s contain such famous names as Claridges, Glen Eagles & the best restaurant in Australia, ‘Amuse’. They each bring their own innovative, personal style to The Alpine Club, yet there is one common theme; exceptional food, intense, deep flavours, thoughtful presentation & a pure love for what they do.
