Amandine has been gaining valuable skills in a nationally renowned restaurant, Bistro Guillaume, as the restaurant supervisor. The cuisine is traditionally French; regional classics have been given a make over in a modern way using exceptional ingredients.

Prepare to be amazed this winter!

Review of Restaurant Amuse by Australian Good Food & Travel Guide

“In East Perth you’ll find Restaurant Amuse, unquestionably one of Western Australia’s premier dining establishments. The large dimly lit fine dining room oozes elegance and seductive panache. Run by husband and wife team Hadleigh and Carolynne Troy, Restaurant Amuse offers a 9 course dégustation menu lovingly designed with imagination and creative flair; they also offer vegetarian and pescatarian dégustations for those who prefer. The execution of samples such as marron, orange & fennel pollen reveals notable technical skill and a commitment to flavours. Consisting mainly of French and Australian wines, Restaurant Amuse’s impressive wine list, too, flaunts impeccable judgement and knowledge”
